Dip Recipe

It’s Vegan, it’s delicious & it’s filling! There’s also so many ways to eat it! On a chip, in a bowl or in a tortilla!

I’m not going to make this a long drawn out blog post & I’m just going to get right into the ingredients & how to make it!

Ingredients

-Quinoa

-Black Beans

-Green Cabbage

-Bell Pepper

-Onion

-Jalapeno

-Cucumber

-Hummus

-Salsa

-Mushroom (optional depending on preference)

Making the Dip

-Cook your Quinoa. We do equal parts Quinoa, equal parts water and out it in our insta pot and set the pressure cook to one minute, let it sit for 10 minutes.

-Add cooked Quinoa to a large mixing bowl

-Add Black beans

-Add chopped cabbage

-Add chopped bell pepper

-Add chopped onion

-Add chopped Jalapeño (We use 1-3 Jalapeños depending on how spicy we want it)

-Add chopped cucumber

-Add Hummus & Salsa to taste

-ENJOY!
